Serene backwaters of Kochi, big happy families, and beautiful houses amongst nature; we thought we walked into a Malayalam movie with this wedding!

Braving the harsh summer of May, we witnessed two souls promise their love for each other. The nuptials took place in a hundred-year-old church presided by the head of the Syriac Orthodox Church along with bishops and priests to bless the couple. We experienced the Madhuram Veppu, a traditional pre-wedding ceremony organised by the bridal couple's respective families where the elders shower blessings and sweets representing the sweetness of married life to come. Both Varsha and Aadil were visibly excited to start this journey with their new family.

Aadil is probably one of the few grooms we've encountered who loved being the center of attention and having his photos taken. How we wish more grooms would be inspired to do the same! And Varsha has that sunny disposition and a smile that will cheer up anyone around her. Their close-knit families were a joy to be around. Varsha & Aadil, we enjoyed every moment you shared with us.
