Prerna + Innayat: Just Like Home
A story shot by Joseph Radhik, Noel David, Anupa Rao, Mohamed Jameer and Harsha Bathija celebrating the love of Prerna & Inayat.
Oh man, it's Prinny!
As a photographer, there's always this high of, you know, things falling in place, getting the right shot and everything else that follows. Then there's this high of just being there, being there in the moment. A high of just completely zoning in. This high is always a blessing. Prerna and Innayat's emotion-filled wedding was exactly that.
A couple of weeks before the nation-wide lockdown, we were in Muscat to celebrate Prinny's gorgeous wedding. A pastel themed wedding atop the roof of W, Muscat, made for a spectacle of an ambience. Not to forget, the hilarious and super enthu panditji, who constantly got Prerna's name wrong. π€£
When we look back at what has been a year like no other, there are a couple of moments that stand out, instances that are etched in our hearts, instances that never fail to put a smile on our faces. The toasts made at their reception were such moments. Some of the truest and heartfelt of toasts, toasts that sort of make all of it worth it. Safe to say, the toasts live rent-free in our heads and our hearts. π It still gives us goosebumps and makes our hearts happy when we recollect Inny's reaction to when we showed him our favourite photos from the wedding, βI canβt believe I married her! Just how gorgeous is she!'
Love is beautiful, comfortable and home. This wedding was a gentle reminder of just that.
